FBN has very high expectations of all
employees. We are a classic low-wage environment, the good ones leave
and the dregs stay. With the dregs we are able to offer a level of
service the market has come to expect from FBN. The good ones (read
smart ones) did not help FBN as they installed systems that worked and
reduced the overall potential for billable hours. The dregs are much
better at maximizing billable hours and maximizing potential for
bilking customers.
We are looking for certain qualities in employees and
if you are able to meet our expectations please consider FBN in your
career plans. FBN is hiring technical staff who will work cheap,
personify incompetence, have poor customer relations, poor
communication and interpersonal skills, no real technical knowledge but
willing to tear everything apart anyway, and (most important) a
willingness to work for nothing.
